This mixed-use development commonly known as 'City within a City' is being brought to the market by the largest investor/developer in Slovakia and designed by the Dutch architect Erick van Egeraat to include the only 5 star hotel in Bratislava (a 220room, five star Kempinski Hotel).

The planned investment costs of RiverPark are in the region of EUR 120 million and will include designer shops and coffee shops, the hotel, luxury offices and retail outlets and over 40 000m2 of residential space.

There is a lot of demand for apartments in River Park especially as it is being compared and contrasted to the Ballymore project just down the river, however marketing will only start in 2007 some time as planning comes through in spring.

Thanks to our success with the developer in past developments, the developer will be allocating a certain number of units to our investors. We are now taking names of investors who want to pre-register their interest in River Park apartments and will negotiate preferential terms on their behalf when reservations start being taken. We anticipate prices of these apartments to start at around 4000EUR/m2 inc. VAT.
