MORTGAGE FINANCE The amount of mortgage products available to foreign investors in Slovakia is increasing every month. With Banks recognising the huge potential for business over the coming years, products are constantly being developed to suit the foreign investor. OUR SERVICES There are now a number of banks lending to foreign buyers and we have a very good relationship with some of the largest Slovakian banks. Slovak Investments will have sourced financing options for our investors prior to offering any opportunities and we will normally have some sort of agreement to offer lending in principle from a lender. LATEST RATES The latest rates we have been quoted for mortgages available to foreign investors are approx. 6% per annum and loan to values of 70%.
